Right to Cancel

This is a summary of your rights to cancel purchases made at the acer Store. For details, please refer to the full text of the Terms and Conditions of Use. If you are contracting as a consumer, you have the right to cancel any purchase made at the by (1) giving us notice in writing (e.g. by letter, or e-mail addressed either to our Customer Care Centre either by e-mail to service-uk@store.acer-euro.com or by phone: 087 00820107 (0,0803 £/min.) or to our offices at Moosmattstrasse 30, CH-8953 Dietikon and (2) returning the product(s) to the address detailed below, within fourteen (14) days, beginning on the day which you received the product(s) in question. You must return the product(s) to us in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.

"AcerAdvantage" service agreement Contracts may be cancelled as set out above (regardless of whether or not they have been activated and with the cancellation period commencing on the date of receipt of the digital activation key), except where you have made a claim under that AcerAdvantage service agreement in that fourteen day period.

Your right to cancel purchases of software that is supplied on CD, DVD or other similar storage devices is lost if the software is unwrapped, unless such software is defective.

If you are contracting as a consumer and cancel a Contract within the fourteen (14) day period set out above and in accordance with all of the requirements set out in Section 11,of the Terms and Condition of Use, you will receive a refund of the price paid for the product(s).
